Provisional translation
Praise be to God Who hath stirred up the celestial spheres of being through the movement of divine attraction, and hath caused the oceans of existence to surge [3.5s]... ...And to continue: To him who looks at these lines and understands these indications, it is well known with respect to the request of that traveller… O Lord so rich in bounty, so replete with grace
