O Herald of the Covenant! Days have passed wherein there occurred a pause in correspondence and communication. The cause of this is that the fire [3.5s]... ...At whatever time all the beloved of God in each country appoint their delegates, and these in turn elect their representatives, and these representatives elect a body, that body shall be regarded as the Supreme Baytu'l-'Adl… The Bab, the Exalted One, is the Morn of Truth, the splendor of Whose light shineth throughout all regions
