حمدا لمن اشرقت الارض بنوره و اضائت السماء بظهوره و تجلی بالطور الایمن البقعه

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be unto Him by whose Light the earth is illumined and by whose Manifestation the heavens are made resplendent, Who hath manifested Himself upon the sacred Mount of the right side [3.5s]
