Translation:
Provisional translation
O my God, my God! I spread forth my suppliant and beseeching hands unto the Kingdom of might and majesty, and I call upon Thee [3.5s]... ...thou shouldst initially adopt that course of prudence that the Faith enjoins. In the early stages, thou shouldst seek out the company of the eminent members of the populace
