یا من توجه بکلیته الی ملکوت الله انی بملا السرور قرئت الرق المنشور الذی بعثته

Translation:

Provisional translation

O thou who hast turned with thy whole being to the Kingdom of God! With utmost joy did I read the epistle thou didst send [3.5s]... ...The East hath, verily, been illumined with the light of the Kingdom. Erelong will this same light shed a still greater illumination
