Translation:

Provisional translation

O thou who art attracted by the fragrances of God! Verily the Lord Who revealed Himself upon the Mount through the power of Manifestation hath caused the two seas to surge forth [3.5s]... ...Concerning the Manifestations that will come down in the future 'in the shadows of the clouds,' know verily that in so far as their relation to the source of their inspiration
