Translation:
Provisional translation
O ye two precious souls! The valley of Batha was a barren wasteland and stony ground, as is attested in the text of the Holy Quran [3.5s]... ...The region of Nur is the birthplace of the Speaker on the Mount. Consider to what grandeur, importance and splendor it shall attain throughout future ages and cycles.
