ما مبلغ خیای لازم داریم باید جمیع احباء مبلغ باشند و تبلیغ بزبان تنها نیست ... هر یکی از احبای الهی باید در سال اقلا یکی را تبلیغ کنند

Translation:

Provisional translation

We are sorely in need of many teachers. But all the believers of God must be teachers of the Cause. Teaching the Cause is not only through the tongue...Every one of the believers of God must, at the very least, teach one new soul in a year.
