هر چه عمومی است الهی است و هر چه خصوصی است بشری احبای الهی آنچه تاسیس مینمایند
Translation:
Provisional translation
Whatever is public is divine, and whatever is private is devised of man. Therefore, whatever is established by the friends of God must be public, whether a Mashriqu'l-Adhkar, or other institutions.
