بودن مدنیت الهیه اسرار ملکوت ظاهر نگردد فیوضات روحانیه تحقق نجوید حکمت و قوهٴ ماورآء الطبیعه جلوه ننماید

With[out] divine civilization the mysteries of the Kingdom are not revealed and the bounties of heaven are not ascertained; supernatural wisdom and power to not manifest themselves
