بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی نزل الکتاب بالحق هدی و ذکری للخاشعین و انه لکتاب قد فصل فی حکم شهرالله فی القران هدی و رحمة من عندالله لقوم ساجدین

Praised be to God Who hath, in very truth sent down the Book, a guidance and a remembrance for such as fear God. It is indeed a Book which sets forth regulations pertaining to the month(s) of God in the Qur'an
