بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم بسم الله المتعالی المنیع. الحمد لله الذی خلق کل شیء بامره و قدر مقادیر کل شیء بقوله اذ انه هو الحق به یخلق ما خلق و یبدع ما بدع لا راد و لا مره و لا مرد لتقدیره

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praised be to God Who created all things through His Command and decreed the measure of all things through His Utterance, `Wherefore is He, verily, is the Ultimate Reality (al-ḥaqq)'
