بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی ابدع ما فی السموات و الارض بامره و یحکم بین الکل بالقسط فی یوم الذی فیه کل الی الله یحشرون

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who hath brought into being, through His command, whatsoever is in the heavens and on earth, and Who judgeth between all with justice on the Day whereon all shall be gathered unto God [3.5s]... ...Know thou that each letter thereof [the Morning Prayer of Imám ‘Alí] pertaineth to seven stations that were enjoined by the Imám to Jábir in reference to true recognition
