بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. یا من له الحمد فی السموات و الارض و له السلام فی ملکوت الامر والخلق سبحانه و تعالی جل ذاتیته من ان یصعد الیها اعلی جواهر الممکنات و علت کینونیته من ان یرفع الی مقام عزها اعلی شوامخ

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Thou Who art praised in the heavens and on earth, and unto Whom belongeth peace in the Kingdom of Command and Creation! Glorified and exalted art Thou! The quintessence of Thy Being is far above the loftiest essences of all contingent things, and the Reality of Thy Self transcendeth the most sublime heights [3.5s]
