بسم الله الامنع الاقدس. شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو له الاسماء الحسنی یسبح له من فی السموات و من فی الارض و ما بینهما لا اله الا هو المهیمن القیوم و انما البهاء

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him. His are the most beauteous names. All who dwell in the heavens and on earth and whatsoever lieth between them sing His praise. There is none other God but Him, the All-Compelling, the Self-Subsisting. And verily the Glory is His [3.5s]
