بسم الله الامنع الاقدس. اللهم انی اسئلک بالوهیتک التی انها هی مستضیئة فوق کل شیء ان ترحمن و تکرمن کل ذات الف ینسب الی شجرة الاثبات بقیومیتک التی انها هی متقومة فوق کل شیء

Translation:

Provisional translation

O God! I beseech Thee by Thy Divinity, which illumineth all things from on high, that Thou mayest vouchsafe Thy mercy and confer Thy bounties upon every soul that is associated with the Tree of Affirmation, by Thy Self-Subsistence, which standeth supreme above all things [4o]
