بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. یا من له العزة و الجمال و العظمة و الجلال لا اله الا هو الکبیر المتعال شهد الله لذاته قبل کل شیء

Translation:

Provisional translation

O Thou Who art possessed of glory and beauty, of grandeur and majesty! There is no God but Him, the Most Great, the Most Exalted. God beareth witness unto His Own Self before all else [3.5s]
