بسم الله الامنع الاقدس. اللهم انی اسئلک بالوهیتک التی انها هی ممتنعة فوق کل شیء ان تعذبن کل ذات الف ینسب الی شجرة النفی

Translation:

Provisional translation

O God! I beseech Thee, by Thy Divinity which is exalted above all things, to chastise every being possessing the letter Alif that claimeth association with the Tree of Negation [3.5s]
