بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. سبحان الذی یبدع ما یشاء بامره و اذا اراد لشیء فقیل ان یقول له کن فیکون لموجود الحمد لله الذی تجلی للجوهریات بنور طلعته اللازلیه

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who createth whatsoever He willeth through His command, and when He desireth a thing for it to be, He but saith unto it "Be!" and it is. Praise be unto God Who hath revealed Himself unto all essences through the light of His pre-existent Countenance [3.5s]
