بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی تمحص قلوب عباده بما نزل علیهم من آیات کتابه انه لا اله الا هو العزیز الحکیم و انا ذا فی موقفی هذا اشهد ان لا اله الا الله

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who doth test and purify the hearts of His servants through that which He hath revealed unto them of the verses of His Book. Verily, there is no God but Him, the Mighty, the All-Wise. And I, in this My station, do testify that there is no God but God [3.5s]... …I have read your letter and informed myself of what you mentioned In it.
