بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی تجلى على الانسان بالنقطة المنفصلة المتحرکه عن مطلع البیان و الحمد لله

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who hath revealed Himself unto man by the detached and moving Point from the Dayspring of utterance, and praise be to God [3.5s]... ...Verily, the noun is the attribute of the thing as it is in its own station…. But the verb referreth to the movement of that thing, and is the source of both noun and preposition
