هو الاعلی بسم الله الامنع الاقدس. شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو له الخلق و الامر یحیی و یمیت ثم یمیت و یحیی و انه هو حی لا یموت فی قبضته ملکوت کلشیء یخلق ما یشآء بأمره انه کان علی کل شیء قدیراً ان یا علی قد اصطفیناک بامرنا و جعلناک ملکاً تنادی بین یدی القائم
Translation:
Provisional translation
God testifieth that there is none other God but Him. His is the creation and the command. He giveth life and causeth death, then causeth death and giveth life, and verily He is the Ever-Living Who dieth not. In His grasp is the dominion of all things; He createth whatsoever He willeth by His command, and verily, He hath power over all things. O Ali! We have chosen thee through Our command and made thee a king to proclaim before the Qa'im [3.5s]
