بسم الله الحی المستعزز البدوح القریب. سبحان الذی قائم علی امره یعلم ما یخرج من السمآء و ما ینزل فی الأرض و ما یصعد الیها

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who standeth firm upon His Cause, the Knower of that which descendeth from the heavens, and that which cometh forth from the earth, and that which ascendeth thereto [4o]
