بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. ان هذا کتاب قد نزلت باذن ربک من لدن علی حکیم و انه لعلی علی صراط مستقیم و ان ربک یعلم عنت السموات و الارض و ما کان الناس فیه تختلفون

Translation:

Provisional translation

Verily this is a Book sent down by leave of thy Lord from the presence of One who is Exalted and Wise, and lo, it standeth exalted upon the straight path. And thy Lord knoweth well the travail of the heavens and of the earth, and that concerning which men are at variance [3.5s]
