بسم الله العلی الاعلی العظیم. سبحان الذی بیده ملکوت کل شیء و انه لا اله الا هو الواحد المتکبرالمنان و ان لله ملک السموات و الارض

Translation:
Provisional translation
Glorified be He in Whose Hands lie the dominion of all things. There is no God but Him, the One, the All-Compelling, the All-Bountiful. Verily unto God belongeth the sovereignty of the heavens and of the earth [3.5s]
