بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. شهد الله انه لا اله الا هو و الملائکة و اولو العلم قائما بالقسط لا اله الا هو العزیز الحکیم قد وقع علی ذلک الجبل کتابک و اشهد

Translation:

Provisional translation

God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and the angels, and they who are possessed of knowledge, standing firm in justice, bear witness that there is none other God but Him, the Almighty, the All-Wise. Upon this mountain hath Thy letter descended, and I bear witness [3.5s]... ...Verily, at this time, the Sun of Truth hath reached the Point of midday zenith
