بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. سبحان الذی نزل الکتاب علی من یشاء من عباده و انه لا اله الا هو لعزیز حمید و انه لکتاب قد فصل فیه حکم البدع تنزیل من لدن علی حکیم

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who hath sent down the Book upon whomsoever He willeth amongst His servants. Verily, there is no God but Him, the Mighty, the All-Praised. And verily it is a Book wherein the laws of the new creation have been distinctly set forth, a revelation from One All-Wise [3.5s]
