بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی نزل الامر فی الکتاب للذین اتبعوا امرالله بالحق فان اولئک هم الصادقون و بعد قد نزل کتابک فی ارض الصاد و اطلعت بخطابک فاعلم فیما سئلت من معنی یوم القیامه

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who hath sent down the Command in the Book unto them that follow the Cause of God in truth, for these are the sincere ones. Thy letter hath reached the Land of Ṣád and I have understood thy message. Know thou, then, concerning that which thou didst inquire about the meaning of the Day of Resurrection [3.5s]
