بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. سبحان الذی یبدع ما فی السموات و ما فی الارض بامره ثم الذین آمنوا بالله و آیاته فاولئک هم الیه یحشرون

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who createth, by His command, whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on earth; then they who have believed in God and His signs shall be gathered unto Him [3.5s]
