بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الله لا اله الا هو قد نزل الکتاب بالحق لیوم لاریب فیه و اعبده و انتظر لنصره فان ایام الذکر عند ربک کان مقضیا

Translation:

Provisional translation

God, no God is there but Him. He hath sent down the Book in truth for a Day whereof there is no doubt. Worship Him and await His triumph, for verily the days of remembrance with thy Lord have been ordained [3.5s]
