بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. الحمد لله الذی ابدع ما فی السموات و الارض بامره ثم الذین آمنوا بالله و آیاته فاولئک هم الی الله یحشرون اما بعد قد اطلعت بما

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God Who hath brought into being, through His command, whatsoever is in the heavens and on earth, and beyond them those who have believed in God and His signs - these shall verily be gathered unto Him. To continue: I have perused that which [3.5s]... ...For, verily, when a thing is made mention of, it becometh invested with the station of existence, for it is impossible for the thing to exist except through the station of essence
