بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. ان هذا کتاب قد نزلت باذن ربک من لدن علی حکیم. ثم قد فصلت آیاته باذن ربک على صراط مستقیم

Translation:

Provisional translation

Verily this is a Book sent down by leave of thy Lord from the presence of One who is Exalted and Wise. Then were its verses expounded by the leave of thy Lord upon a straight path [3.5s]
