هو المتکبر الجمیل المحسن. اول طرز لاح و لمع ثم اشرق و طلع ثم اضاء و لجلج ثم انار و ارفع من ساحة قدس حضرت الکافور ... و ان ما حتمناه فی یوم الواحد بعدالعشرین من ذلک الشهر ... العزیز الرحیم

Provisional translation

The first effulgence that shone forth and gleamed, then rose and dawned forth, then illumined and reverberated, then shed its radiance and was exalted from the sacred precincts of purest camphor... And verily that which We decreed on the twenty-first day of that month... the Mighty, the Merciful [3.5s]
