بسم الله الاقدر الاعززالعزیز. سبحان الذی ینزل ما یشاء بامره کن فیکون هو الذی بیده من فی السموات و الأرض

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who sendeth down whatsoever He willeth through His command "Be, and it is!" He it is Who holdeth within His grasp all who dwell in the heavens and on earth [3.5s]
