بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. سبحانک اللهم یا الهی انک انت فاطر السموات و الارض و ما بینهما جاعل الملائکة رسلاً اولی اجنحة مثنی و ثلث و رباع

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified art Thou, O Lord my God! Thou art, verily, the Creator of the heavens and earth and whatsoever lieth between them. Thou hast fashioned the angels as messengers, endowed with wings, two, three, and fourfold [4o]
