Tablet to the ninth Letter of the Living

بسم الله الاظهر المبین. سبحان الذی یخضع له من فی السموات و الأرض و ما بینهما قل کل الی الله یقلبون

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He before Whom all that dwell in the heavens and on earth, and whatsoever lieth between them, bow down in adoration. Say: All shall return unto God [3.5s]
