بسم الله الابد الایزول. ان هذا کتاب من عند الثآء الی هیکل الثامن قبل عشر ان اشهد انه ﻻ اله الا هو الملک القدوس

Translation:

Provisional translation

This is a letter from the letter Thá unto the eighth temple before the ten: I testify that there is none other God but Him, the Sovereign, the Most Holy [3.5s]
