بسم الله المعتمد العلی. الحمد لله الذی تسبح له من فی السموات و الأرض ﻻ اله الا هو العزیز المنیع هو الذی بیده

Translation:

Provisional translation

Praise be to God, Whom all that are in the heavens and on earth do glorify. There is none other God but He, the Mighty, the Incomparable. He it is in Whose Hand [3.5s]
