بسم الله الاطهر الوفی. سبحان الذی مشیء ما یشآء بأمره قل کل بآیاته ذاکرون هو الذی یشهد علی ما کان العباد

Translation:

Provisional translation

Glorified be He Who ordaineth whatsoever He willeth through His command. Say: All are mindful of His signs. He it is Who beareth witness unto what the servants have done [3.5s]
