بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. اقرء کتاب ربک الذی لا اله الا هو قد نزل باذنه من لدن علی حمید و انه فی حکم الکتاب

Translation:

Provisional translation

Read the book of your Lord God, there is no other god but Him. It descended by His permission from Ali, the Praiseworthy. Verily, the path of God in the heavens and the earth is in the decree of the book
