بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. یا ایها السآئل فاعلم ان الله لا یحکم بمرض لنفس الا بما قدمت ایدیه من الخطایا و ذلک ما کانت

Translation:

O questioner! Know that God does not decree disease for a soul unless it is for the errors its hands have wrought. That is naught but a penance for its sins
