بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. شهد الله لعبده انه من بالله و ایاته و کان من المهتدین الهی انی اشهدک بما تشهد لنفسک

Translation:

Provisional translation

God bore witness to His servant that he believed in God and His verses, and he was of those who are guided. O my God! I bear witness to You by that which you bear witness to Yourself and the saints who have drawn nigh among Your servants
