بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم. اقرء کتاب ذکر اسم ربک ثم اسجد لحکمه انه لا اله الا هو لغنی حمید و انه لکتاب قد نزل من حکم بقیة الله امام حق مبین

Translation:

Provisional translation

Read thou the Book wherein is remembered the Name of thy Lord, then humble thyself before His decree. Verily, there is no God but Him, the Self-Sufficient, the All-Praised. And verily this is a Book sent down through the decree of the Remnant of God, the manifest Imam of Truth [3.5s]
