Praise be unto Him Who hath adorned Himself with utterance and Who alone possesseth expression, He before Whom the oceans of inner meanings have bowed down whensoever [3.5s]... ...He it is Who in the Old Testament hath been named Jehovah, Who in the Gospel hath been designated as the Spirit of Truth… the task of executing the laws, the ordinances and statutes that have been sent down in the Book hath been delegated unto the men of the divine Houses of Justice [rijal-i-buyut-i-'adliyyih-yi-ilahiyyih]... It is beloved of God that all should speak in Arabic, which is the richest and vastest of all languages
