Provisional translation
O ye dwellers in the immortal realm on high! Hearken unto the Call of God from this stirring Breeze that moveth in this atmosphere [3.5s]... ...By the righteousness of God! These are the days in which God hath proved the hearts of the entire company of His Messengers and Prophets
Abstract:
Proclamatory tablet taking in part the form of a conversation between the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh; announcing the return of the Báb in the person of Bahá’u’lláh; reproaching the Bábís for their denial; and directing one of the many named recipients to place the tablet, like the shirt of the biblical Joseph, upon his face.
