Provisional translation
These are the verses of God which have been sent down in this hour from the Focal Point of eternity, that Station round which circle the dwellers of the pavilion [3.5s]... ...O Muhammad, when the fragrances of holiness have drawn thee unto them and turned thee unto the land of the All-Merciful that thou mayest discover the breezes of divine praise
Abstract:
Prescribes the rite of pilgrimage to the House of the Báb in Shiraz, codified later in the Kitáb-i-Aqdas as a sacred duty.
