Translation:
Provisional translation
Praise be to God Who hath uttered a word in the world, and the peoples differed as to its meaning. Among them were those who recognized [3.5s]... ...O Zayn! Such souls as comply with the injunction of God prescribed in the Book are regarded as most excellent in the same estimation of God… O Thou Who art the Lord of all names! I beseech Thee by Thy Name which overshadoweth all things
