Exalted is He Who hath caused the Pen to speak forth, and hath taught the peoples, and hath manifested whatsoever He desired of the mysteries of eternity, that they might rejoice therein [3.5s]... ...No one should demand the Huququ'llah. Its payment should depend on the volition of the individuals themselves, namely such souls that are devout, faithful and well disposed
