ان یا ذبیح انا ارسلنا الیک من قبل لوحا ممتنعا منیع و فیه ذکر ما جعله الله حجه علی من فی

Translation:
Provisional translation
O Dhabih! We did verily send unto thee aforetime a Tablet, mighty and impregnable, wherein was inscribed that which God hath made a testimony unto all who dwell therein [3.5s]... ...Say: By God! The Sovereign of Words hath assuredly come upon the clouds of the verses, and lo, the words of every contentious polytheist were thunderstruck
Abstract:
Exhorts the recipient to be bold in conveying Bahá’u’lláh’s claim to the followers of the Báb and to sharply challenge those who have repudiated the former’s claim, asking them to consider the infinite grace of God in revealing again the divine verses.
