Translation:
Provisional translation
God testifieth that there is none other God but Him, and He Who speaketh before the faces of the world, verily He is the Hidden Treasure and the Tablet [3.5s]... ...Say: O bearer of My Name! Upon thee be My glory and My loving-kindness. Thou hast ever been adorned with the fair robe of trustworthiness and piety
